Pascal De Gaillande the
owner of SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO hereby gives you a non-exclusive
license to use the SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO software.
You may:
- use SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO on any single computer;
- use SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO on a second computer so long as the
primary user of each copy is the same person;
- copy SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO for archival purposes, provided any
copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices.
You may not:
- permit other individuals to use SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO except
under the terms listed above;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
(except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such
restriction);
- create derivative works based on SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO;
- copy SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to SEARCH AND
REPLACE PRO;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on SEARCH AND REPLACE
PRO.
TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with
the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy
all copies of SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO and Documentation.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO
is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind,
including without limitation the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of SEARCH AND
REPLACE PRO is borne by you.
Should SEARCH AND REPLACE PRO prove defective, you and not Pascal De
Gaillande assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
PASCAL DE GAILLANDE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE,
COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL
DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights of SEARCH
AND REPLACE PRO shall remain to Pascal De Gaillande. SEARCH AND
REPLACE PRO is protected by international copyright treaties.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the republic of Vanuatu without giving effect to any
principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or
in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed
only in the court located in Port Vila, Vanuatu, you hereby consent
and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the
purposes of litigating any such action.
